Human Factors is concerned with what people are being asked to do (the task and its scope), who is doing it (the individual and their competence) and where they are working (the organisation and its attributes).

The aim of this course is to reduce Human Factors risks to aviation safety by influencing attitudes and behaviour's whilst embedding Human Factors thinking into everything we do. 

Completing this course will provide an understanding of how people actually perform under operational circumstances which can enable the development of systems and procedures that support people to contribute in a Safety Culture.
